We build the capability.
We stay until it runs.
You own everything built.
ChainSpark is an AI transformation practice for mid-market organizations. We work with knowledge-work functions — HR, Finance, Operations, IT — where the cost of manual process is measurable and the case for AI-driven workflows is clear. We build what we sell. We measure what we claim. We leave when the work is running, not when the contract ends.
Five principles that govern
every engagement we take on.
Not hours billed, not features delivered, not models deployed. Hours per FTE per week recovered. Cycle time reduced. Error rate reduced. If we can't measure it before we start, we agree on how we will before the engagement begins.
Every ChainSpark deployment is built in your environment — your authentication, your data model, your infrastructure — from day one. There is no migration phase because there is no demo environment. If it can't be built in production, we say so before we take the work.
We map the workflow with the people who run it before we write a single line of specification. The failure mode we see most often is a capability that produces outputs a redesigned workflow would have eliminated. We design the workflow first.
Everything built for your environment belongs to you — the workflows, the configurations, the documentation, the governance architecture. This is not a retainer that creates dependency. It's a practice that produces operational assets your team runs independently. The MSA makes this explicit before the first engagement begins.
If the Pre-Assessment Agent finds your environment isn't ready for the target deployment, we issue a Findings Report and recommend what needs to change first — at no additional cost. Taking work we can't deliver well is not our business model.
ChainSpark comes from the operational side of technology deployment in knowledge-work organizations. The practice is built on a simple observation: most AI transformation engagements fail not because the technology doesn't work, but because the deployment pattern doesn't exist. ChainSpark exists to provide the pattern — and to stay until it runs.
"We built ChainSpark for the organizations that have already decided AI matters — and need a partner who can show them what it looks like in production, not just in a deck."
A delivery practice. We build AI capabilities for specific knowledge-work functions in mid-market organizations, deployed in the client's production environment, governed from day one, measured before we leave.
We work with a small number of clients at a time — by design. Depth over breadth. The engagement model is structured to produce replicable outcomes, not heroic one-offs.
We are not a vendor. We do not sell a platform. We are not affiliated with any AI tool vendor, and our recommendations are not shaped by referral arrangements.
We are not a strategy firm. We don't produce roadmaps that require internal capability to execute. We are the execution — and we stay until the execution is running.
