Every investment carries forward.
Four engagement tiers, each independently valuable. Each paid tier credits forward into the next. The question is never "did I spend too much to start?" — it's "where do I want to end up?"
Most people arrive with one of
three questions.
You do not have to know which tier you need. You only have to know which question you came in with — the engagement follows from that, and you can walk through more than one door.
The Spark Audit, the ChainSpark Strategy Workshop, the Governance Sprint, and the Governance Program. You leave with a prioritized plan and a governance posture you can defend, whether or not we build anything.
Two weeks. You keep the map either way. →The ChainSpark Operating Partner — a forward-deployed engineer inside your organization on a monthly retainer, working with your team rather than reporting to it. The ChainSpark Academy is the fixed-length alternative.
See the embedded track →The Workflow Sprint, Department Deployment, and the Intelligent Organization Program. Scoped work with acceptance criteria, deployed into your environment, priced on the outcome rather than the hours.
See the engagement path →The most common mid-market AI failure
is a sequencing problem, not a budget problem.
The most common mid-market AI engagement failure isn't a bad technology choice. It's a sequencing problem. Our tier structure exists to solve it: prove the pattern first, extend when it's working, scale when you have a mandate and a proven model. No large bet before you have evidence. No evidence that doesn't convert into a production deployment.
A structured diagnostic — the same questions a senior consultant would ask in the first hour, delivered as a four-page prioritized report. Yours to keep regardless of what you decide next.
You want to understand where AI would actually move the needle before committing budget.
One role, one workflow, one production deployment, one measurable before/after. Four to six weeks. A Sprint Report that functions as your internal business case.
You have a specific pain and a sponsor willing to commit a modest budget to prove the answer.
Full transformation of one knowledge-work function. Five to twenty-five practitioners. Every high-value workflow redesigned and deployed. Plugin Maintenance Retainer standard, with opt-out at signature.
You've seen the model work and you're ready to scale it across a team. Sprint fee credited toward your Deployment.
Multi-department, enterprise-wide transformation. C-suite sponsored. Board reported. Phased delivery across 2–5 functions over 12–24 months.
You have a leadership mandate and need a program you can defend quarter by quarter. Prior engagement fees credit toward the IOP.
A half-day to full-day facilitated session for your executive team. Produces a program design — function prioritization, phased roadmap, governance framework, board reporting template — in one day. The right starting point when you have a leadership mandate but haven't designed the program yet.
A forward-deployed engineer inside your organization: one embedded build day a month, weekly working sessions, a department-by-department capability track, and a monthly adoption scorecard. Two ways to run it at the same fee — an advisory run, where nothing gets built and your own teams become capable, or a build-attached run, where the system worth shipping is scoped alongside the retainer. You choose in the month you need it, not at signature.
A four-week engagement that builds the governance architecture your deployments run on: risk classification, the human-oversight map, an AI use policy, and a governed replacement for your highest-risk unauthorized tool. The right starting point when the Spark Audit surfaces a governance problem before it becomes an incident.
Three questions that tell you
where to start.
If yes — and you have a sponsor and a modest budget — start with the Workflow Sprint. If no — start with the Spark Audit. It will tell you.
Start the free audit →Start with the ChainSpark Strategy Workshop. It will produce the program design you need to present — and credit toward the first deployment.
Book a Workshop →Start with the Spark Audit. The risk register it produces tells you how urgent the Governance Sprint needs to be — and which tool to replace first.
Start the free audit →The pricing questions
we get asked directly.
The Spark Audit is free. A Workflow Sprint is $8,000–$20,000 depending on scope, fixed in the SOW before work starts. One workflow, one department, four to six weeks. Figures as of October 2026.
The price reflects the scope of the work and is agreed in the SOW before work begins. We don't inflate the quote and negotiate down.
Scope changes that expand the work require a change order before the work continues. We don't absorb scope changes silently and invoice at the end. If something changes, you know the cost before we proceed.
No. The retainer is standard on a Department Deployment, with an opt-out at signature: it is in the SOW unless you take it out. We recommend keeping it, because a deployment without a measurement period produces unreliable outcome data.
No. Every engagement is fixed-fee with a defined scope. Time and materials billing creates misaligned incentives: the more problems found, the more we earn. We'd rather align on the outcome before we start.

The report maps your situation to the workflows we would scope first — and shows you what a first engagement scoped to your situation would look like.
THE REPORT IS YOURS REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU DECIDE
Most organizations are one structured engagement away from working differently. The assessment takes eight minutes.
